TULSA, Okla. – A pair of Utah men’s tennis players, Dan Little and David Micevski, have been selected to participate in the 2017 Intercollegiate Tennis Association All-American Championships hosted by the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Junior Dan Little, ranked 80th in the nation, automatically qualified for the main draw and will start singles competition on Thursday. Junior David Micevski will play South Alabama’s Clement Marzol at 10am on Monday in the first round of the qualifying draw.
Monday will see one round of singles competition and two rounds of qualifying doubles. Little and Micevski are slated to play at 2.30pm against Texas Tech’s Connor Curry and Artem Kapshuk. The winner of that match is scheduled for the 2nd round at 5pm.
Little and Micevski both earned All Pac-12 honors in 2017 and Little was also recognized as a Player to Watch by the ITA. He is ranked as the No. 80 singles player in the nation heading into the 2017-18 season.
