No. 68 Utah Travels to Face No. 48 Denver, No. 59 Penn

After going 2-1 last weekend in New Mexico, the 68th ranked University of Utah men’s tennis team (12-3) will face two ranked foes in Denver this weekend. Utah will play No. 48 Denver on Friday at 1 p.m. and No. 59 Penn on Saturday at 1 p.m. Both matches will be played at the Denver University Campus or Lifetime Fitness in Denver, Colorado. The Utes are 1-1 on the road and 4-0 in neutral site matches this season.

No. 48 Denver
The 48th ranked Denver Pioneers are 2-0 at home this season. Last week, Denver dropped two matches on the road to No. 44 Drake, 4-3, and No. 33 Iowa, 4-2. The Pioneers boast a strong doubles lineup with two ranked teams: No. 20 Henry Craig/Alex Gasson and No. 56 Zach Fryer/Diogo Rochas.

No. 59 Penn
The 59th ranked Penn Quakers are coming off a five game home-stand, where the Quakers went 2-3, capturing wins against No. 34 Dartmouth and New Mexico. Austin Kaplan and Nicolai Westergaard anchor the Quakers at No. 1 doubles and are ranked 25th in the nation.
